The Career Pathway offers a unique training programme that is completely bespoke to the chain and it is developed and managed by CPL Online. The design aims to give the delegate the sense of a journey, taking the next step in their career. They will access the Career Pathway to carry out mandatory training and to understand and manage their own progression within the company. The Career Pathway not only holds e-learning courses but videos, company information and appraisals that the user must complete to complete their Pathway and move on to the next.
